Exotic Eye moves with the seasons, rooted on the Homer Spit from May to September, and carried to the jungle in Costa Rica’s through the winter. In both places, RachelG and a circle of visiting artists create tattoos that flow with body, spirit, and place.

RachelG

Having been an artist and performer her entire life, RachelG has always been drawn to exploring new mediums of expression. Tattooing became a natural extension of that path, a living ritual where art moves with the body and energy flows through skin and story. This intimate connection between person and design has become one of her true specialties.

Her tattoo journey began with Polynesian Tribal work, trained on the Big Island of Hawai‘i and in New Zealand, where she absorbed traditions of pattern, placement, and sacred meaning. Blending that foundation with her background in realism (always with a touch of playful kitsch), Rachel brings both technical mastery and intuitive depth to her craft.

Her specialties include Pin-Up, Black and Grey work, Pointillism, Sacred Geometry, and Indian and Asian-inspired art. Regardless of style, Rachel is known for creating designs that breathe with intention, pieces that flow seamlessly with the body and carry a resonance beyond the skin.
